•Credit Karma seeks a seasoned Staff Data Architect to play a key role in building a comprehensive data model for our 360 Member Financial Profile. •Drive the development of a robust data architecture that enables seamless data integration, powers personalized member experiences, and informs business decisions. •Design and implement scalable data solutions that support multiple use cases across different products or domains. •Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices into our data management approach, and mentor team members to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience with 10+ years of relevant experience. •Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale data warehousing solutions, with expertise in custom ETL design, implementation, and maintenance. •Deep understanding of data modeling principles, including schema design and dimensional data modeling, with experience in writing efficient SQL queries. •Experience with data processing, storage, and querying technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS) and object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++). •Strong background in data analysis, with experience identifying data gaps and inconsistencies, and communicating data warehouse plans to internal customers. •Ability to architect and develop scalable data solutions, staying ahead of industry trends and integrating best practices in data engineering. •Excellent technical communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive technical innovation in data engineering.
