Description

• As QA Specialist, report to the QA Lead and ensure QA standards are met • Co-responsible for project quality based on requirements and design specifications • Attend meetings and provide status, notes, and feedback as needed • Communicate test results, issues, and risks found • Identify test data and create comprehensive test plans • Maintain test cases/scripts and traceability matrix documents • Perform functional and non functional testing • Apply industry standard testing methodologies and create defect tickets • Support team onboarding and execute regression tests • Understand project life cycle, QA estimations, and industry standards • Collaborate with team members for project success

Requirements

• English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation) • Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance (Web development experience is a plus) • Expertise in reviewing HTML and inline CSS code • Proofreading/copy editing experience • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies for software development • Experience working with local and offshore teams • Experience in task management and defect tracking tools like Jira and/or similar • Proficiency in key hardware and software, including iOS and Android mobile devices, Mac and Windows desktop platforms, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Jira and content management systems • Experience testing marketing emails for content, functionality and rendering a plus • Experience with scripting/automation (e.g., Selenium) is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
