Description

• Senior Campaign Manager (SCM) responsible for designing and writing code, performing code reviews, developing technical documentation, and becoming a key contributor to their team and project • Acts as a counselor in projects, ensuring high levels of technical knowledge, and builds and strengthens the relationship with the client • Will work closely with clients, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts, and end users.

Requirements

• English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation) • Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Campaign Standard, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder or Braze Canvas. • At least 3 years of experience building audiences in one of these tools at minimum. • Experience in AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) is a plus. • Minimum of 4+ years in high-volume email marketing operations or management role • Working experience on segregations, data set management, and test data sets • Very strong knowledge of dynamic tokens and email content manipulation • Very strong knowledge of Email and ESP limitations • Expertise of HTML and CSS (including HTML5 and CSS3), as well as responsive design and coding practices for emails. • Experience with Litmus, Email on acid or Return Path, as well as experience with QA on mobile devices • Understanding of media queries for responsive layout, especially in Emails • Detail-oriented, organized, and the ability to meet deadlines while working on parallel projects at the same time • Proven experience with modern web standards, cross-browser and email clients compatibility issues • Strong experience with version management tools such as Git, Bitbucket, TFS, etc. • Strong knowledge of branching strategies • Ability to work well within a team • Capable to work under tight schedules • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams both within and between organizations, including the ability to explain complex processes to a non-technical person.
