• A Senior QA reports to a QA Lead. • Works closely with QA lead, QA Subject Matter Experts, etc. • Responsible to perform any of the QA tasks with barely any guidance. • Plan, conducts and technically directs projects. • Responsible of analyze and understand requirements. • Promote and evaluate QA values and principles. • Support QA lead to work and motivate team members. • Communicate test results, issues, and risks to project members. • Create and maintain comprehensive test plans. • Write and maintain test cases/scripts following high quality standards. • Perform functional and non-functional testing. • Create defect tickets and track issues to resolution.
• Ideally English Proficiency (B2+/C1 reading, writing, and conversation) • Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field or equivalent work experience. • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies for software development • Experience working with local and offshore teams • Experience in task management and defect tracking tools like Jira and/or similar
