Description
• Provide customized finance, accounting, human capital management, risk, operations, and technology consulting services to leading organizations facing complex change• Partner with clients to help them navigate pressing business challenges and achieve goals related to improving operations, minimizing risks, and enabling future growth• Focus on Private Equity clients and deliver financial/operational accounting solutions to optimize the accounting function and close process of clients, and help them seamlessly integrate acquisitions and maximize synergies across each of their business units• Coach teams and individuals to success and foster a spirit of collaboration• Develop timely resolutions to issues, risks, and project team conflicts
Requirements
• 5+ years of overall experience with a minimum of two advising Private Equity backed portfolio companies in financial reporting or operational accounting• Prior experience in professional services (public accounting or advisory firm)• Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence• Detail-oriented with the ability to think from a 'big picture' perspective• Creativity, confidence, and flexibility• Enthusiasm and a great sense of humor!• Willingness to travel domestically up to 40%
