• We are looking for an experienced and motivated Staff Technical Program Manager to lead engineering partnerships. • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to understand product roadmaps, technical requirements, and integration points for partner engagements. • Work with external partners (OEMs, Telcos, Gaming) to understand dependencies and deliverables and to hold them accountable for timelines. • Develop detailed project plans and timelines for engineering partnerships, ensuring successful execution and delivery of commitments. • Coordinate efforts across all engineering teams, product management, quality, and other relevant teams to achieve synchronized delivery for partnership goals. • Find and address risks and dependencies associated with partner engagements, addressing potential roadblocks to ensure project success. • Facilitate regular communication and status updates with partners at all levels, both internally and externally, to ensure transparency and alignment. • Lead the execution of programs and teams, overseeing progress on release plans across multiple engineering initiatives. • Collaborate with both internal and external game development teams to ensure seamless integration of gaming experiences with the Crunchyroll platform. • Manage multiple complex technical projects concurrently. • As Scrum Master, facilitate Agile ceremonies (using either Scrum or Kanban methodologies), including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• You have 10+ years of experience in technical program management, in software development, within the technology, telecommunications, or gaming industry. • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field • You have a technical background with the ability to understand and discuss software architecture, APIs, and system integrations. • You have experience leading complex programs and delivering technical solutions across multiple project teams; you are proficient in project planning tools and methodology.
