Description

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cloud IaaS software products and technologies. • People-lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate product concepts. • Gather and prioritize customer feedback, translating insights into actionable product requirements. • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and support successful product launches. • Define and monitor key product metrics, using data-driven insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry thought leaders. • Stay at the forefront of cloud and AI advancements and industry trends, ensuring our products remain cutting-edge and competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a management role. • High EQ. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex cloud software products, particularly in the AI or cloud infrastructure space. • Deep understanding of cloud technologies and data processing/storage infrastructure. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and be detail-oriented. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Passionate about AI and dedicated to driving innovation in the field. • Extensive experience in collaborating with executives.
