• Support the Recruiting Department with administrative recruiting and HR-related processes • Collaborate with different levels of employees for candidate support • Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company’s brand

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator role • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred • Solid understanding of hiring practices and stages • Outstanding communication skills • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems • Ability to self-monitor and meet deadlines • Strong organizational and time management skills • Great attention to detail • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Works well under general supervision • Motivated self-starter and team player • Must pass a drug and background check
