Description
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee Gameplay team activities • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources • Ensure prompt milestone delivery, maintaining quality standards • Address complex project management problems and enhance collaboration • Support team members with guidance and development • Design and implement efficient project management processes • Assist with hiring and interviewing as needed
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Producer • Background in game development discipline, preferably with Gameplay • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Familiarity with Production methodologies and proficiency in project management tools
