Description
• The Logistics Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in scaling our central driver/courier operations function for our Delivery Hubs vertical. • You will be responsible with coordinating with internal teams and third party service providers as we launch in new markets and implement processes for scale. • Provide operational support for driver operations, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery service. • Assist in the launch of new office/market locations, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. • Analyze operational data and performance metrics and data analysis to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. • Implement processes and actionable solutions related to schedule management, route planning, and more.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in operations with some experience in logistics, supply chain, courier operations, fleet management, or similar function. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with external partners. • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
