• Join us on our mission to make a better world of work. • Culture Amp is the world’s leading employee experience platform. • We’re on the hunt for an ambitious Lead Product Marketing Manager to drive GTM strategy. • As a SaaS Product Marketing expert, you will bring exciting features to market and drive user growth.
• 12+ years of business/general marketing experience ideally in international, B2B companies • 6+ years of direct product marketing experience (e.g. launching products, driving user growth, enabling internal sales, marketing & support teams, delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research) • Exceptional communication skills, which empower all stakeholders to support your product strategies • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders from product, marketing, sales, strategy, CSSX and research • The ability to identify and forecast potential business problems/opportunities and identify appropriate ways to rectify/seize the opportunities and prioritize resources. • Extensive experience running complex cross-functional GTM launches and the ability to influence senior stakeholders • Strong experience crafting compelling positioning & messaging that drives product awareness, adoption and growth • Ability to understand the market, competitors and core customer audience. Identifying essential trends and rectifying problems as they arise.
