Description
• Lead and manage large and complex project teams to successful outcomes • Build and support high performing teams • Develop and define scope, deliverables, schedules, and fees • Assist project design and technical leaders • Develop and update project work plans, labor plans, and project schedules • Motivate the project team • Monitor the project budget • Plan and facilitate/delegate meetings • Responsible for managing and monitoring project financial performance • Responsible for identification of additional services on projects • Responsible for day-to-day client relations • Administer Owner and Consultant contracts • Support leaders with staffing decisions and revenue projections • Participate in or lead the project pursuit process • Manage and provide guidance and feedback on team and individual performance • Influence and lead internal programs to improve design best practices and outcomes
Requirements
• 20 years' experience in the AEC industry • Prior experience with healthcare projects • Proven track record in the state of CA with OSHPD/HCAI experience • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture • Architecture license, preferably in California • Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, AIA Contracts, MS Project, Deltek Vantagepoint • Familiar with Revit/BIM 360, Miro & Microsoft Teams
