Description

• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, oversee strategic finance initiatives and lead Financial Planning & Analysis efforts. • Evolve all aspects of strategic planning and forecasting to support operational efficiency and resource allocation. • Drive enhancement of analytical processes, measurements, and models to track KPIs across key facets of the business. • Work cross-functionally with leaders for analytical support on key business decisions. • Drive improvement in margins and profitability by understanding and executing on initiatives for operating leverage & efficiency. • Assist in the preparation of key internal and external stakeholder financial communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience (8+ years) in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or management consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; prior startup experience strongly preferred • Experience as operations business partner (manufacturing, supply chain) ideal • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and quantitative analysis. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably within the medical device or diagnostics sector. • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial information to diverse audiences. • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, anticipate future challenges, and drive innovative solutions. • Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems - Infor Syteline, Excel, BI platforms). • Leadership qualities including integrity, resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to decision-making.
