• Lead the development and execution of marketing communications strategies across earned, owned, and paid media. • Manage relationships with external marketing consultants and agencies, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and clinical teams, to ensure consistent and effective communication across all channels. • Drive creative and effective messaging that resonates with target audiences, particularly within the acute care and sepsis management sectors. • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including press releases, case studies, white papers, social media posts, and digital campaigns. • Utilize marketing automation tools to test, retest, and optimize communication tactics, ensuring budget is allocated efficiently based on performance. • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies, making data-driven adjustments to enhance impact and reach. • Ensure all communication efforts are patient-centric, reinforcing Cytovale’s commitment to improving healthcare outcomes. • Act as a brand steward, ensuring all communications reflect Cytovale’s mission, values, and voice. • Foster a collaborative work environment, balancing the needs of internal stakeholders while driving productivity and innovation.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within the medtech sector. • Proven experience in leading marketing communications for disruptive technologies, particularly in a startup environment. • Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing teams and external partners. • In-depth experience with marketing automation tools and proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Ability to travel 5%-15% of the time. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on testing, measuring, and optimizing communication tactics. • Creative thinker with a “yes we can” mindset, capable of navigating complex challenges and finding solutions that drive results. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build consensus and foster collaboration.
