Description
• Responsible for the maintenance of the physician panel, negotiating costs with physicians and onboarding new physicians • Panel Maintenance • Negotiate physician agreement terms • Assist with maintaining physician profiles, updated fees, doctor groups, deactivating/reactivating physicians, W9 remit to changes • Responsible for Physician payment recoups • Onboarding new physicians based on Client needs
Requirements
• Physician recruitment experience in a Healthcare/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill set • Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, medical specialties and terminology • Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, understanding of medical terminology, critical thinking, organizational skills, ability to manage time efficiently and to meet specific deadlines • Computer literacy and typing skills required
