Requirements
• Experience leading and building production ML systems • Strong belief in high-quality data • Experience reading, understanding, and implementing ML research papers • Proficiency in Python and ML tools • Maintain high-quality bar for design, correctness, and testing • Humble attitude and eagerness to help colleagues • Willingness to own problems end-to-end and acquire missing knowledge • Preferred: Experience with open-ended research and running small scale ML experiments
