Description
• Proactively keep client websites compliant with specific OEM brand standards each month • Keep internal knowledge base articles up-to-date with evolving OEM brand guidelines • Provide superior customer service • Manage client expectations and communicate with DealerOn's business partners
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training • 1-2 years of prior experience in website content management • 1 year of experience in verbal and written communication in both business to business and business to customer communications • Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS
