Description

• Develop a deep, multilayered understanding of the business issues and the data challenges of the clients’ organizations and their industries. • Assist in ensuring requirements are clear and complete, eliminating uncertainties and ambiguities. • Assist in developing requirement matrices to identify any gaps. • Support the creation of detailed, functional and non-functional requirements documents. • Support the creation of test strategy/plans, execute test cases, regression testing and defect management. • Establish the quality of solutions through validation against the requirements. • Demonstrate collegial teamwork internally and with clients, by communicating clearly with all project team members to identify and resolve issues for delivery success. • Participate in the development of project plans to establish appropriate workload expectations and schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’ degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field. • Related experience as a business systems analyst in a business environment. • Working with databases and/or BI tools. • Familiarity with software development and project management lifecycle practices. • Ability to write/execute basic to intermediate SQL and work with relational databases. • Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to convey complex ideas, verbally and in writing, to both business/technical staff and customers. • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks varying in complexity, meet deadlines and work well under pressure. • Well-developed organization and time management skills. • A proactive attitude with a hunger for developing your knowledge.
