• Manage the Design and Construction process • Lead project collaboration efforts from initial planning to closeout, ensuring effective leadership throughout the project lifecycle • Prepare, manage, and support documentation required for post-performance reviews, audits, or inspections • Monitor contract budgets, reconcile contracts, and report on monthly cash flow activities • Guide design decisions to maintain project scope within approved budgets, coordinating the value engineering process • Prepare schematic, preliminary, and construction document submittals for review • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for committee meetings and executive-level presentations • Procure required plan reviews prior to bidding, ensuring compliance with regulations and authorities having jurisdiction
• Minimum five years of proven working experience in construction management • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods • Expertise in building products, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards • Familiarity with construction management software • Experience in education-building infrastructure and DSA codes and procedures • Leadership, human resources management, time management, and project management skills • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
