Description

• Consult with clients on scientific needs • Provide technical knowledge and support to project teams • Establish and manage study designs • Serve as a liaison between internal team and pharmaceutical clients • Communicate complex data clearly to stakeholders • Organize and approve reports within study timelines • Collaborate with Chief Scientific Officer for department growth • Supervise and mentor team of Analytical Chemists • Regular attendance and punctuality for all meetings and activities

Requirements

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in chemistry preferred • 5-7 years of pharmaceutical industry experience • 3 years of progressive management responsibility • Strong analytical background and cGMP knowledge • Experience in writing regulatory submissions • Experience in IND-enabling study design preferred • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficiency in relevant laboratory techniques • Proficiency in chromatographic data acquisition software • Ability to critically evaluate data and results • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and suggest next steps • Skills in refining and enforcing R&D and cGMP/GLP policies
