Description

• The Senior Product Marketing Manager will successfully position the value proposition of our solutions in the market by leveraging their knowledge of market needs and the competitive landscape. • They will effectively partner with a cross functional team to ensure alignment of the problem our solution solves and the benefit messaging that is delivered. • Outcomes You’ll Own Include Developing and Refining Go-to-Market Strategies, Defining and Overseeing Operational Readiness, Collaborating Closely with Marketing and Sales, Documenting and Communicating Launch Requirements, Developing Relevant Content, • Creating and Updating Product Messaging, Representing the Company at Industry Events, Engaging in Partner Visits, Monitoring and Reporting on Success Metrics, Integrating Customer and Market Feedback, and Committing to Continuous Learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience • Advanced level abilities in the following areas: Leadership, Communication, Organization, Interpersonal Skills, Conflict Management/Resolution, Problem-Solving, Negotiation, Decision-Making, Analytical Skills, Advanced Office-based Applications (Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Diagramming, Slide Presentation, etc.) • Must possess exceptional copywriting skills, with a proven track record of creating compelling, clear, and persuasive content • Strength in gathering research and data about the market, customers, and competitors and synthesizing this into actionable insights. • Must be able to clearly articulate design needs for graphic requests across various channels • Deep experience measuring, and tuning, product marketing program effectiveness • Advanced ability to communicate the rationale for the program measurements and the impact to the business • Advanced level abilities in the following areas: Dental Industry SaaS Experience, Go to Market Strategies, Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis, Thought Leadership, Strategic Leadership • Pragmatic Level 1-6 Preferred • Demonstrable experience successfully repositioning a product company in a market • 4+ years Gathering and Documenting Launch Readiness Requirements (as a PLM or equivalent role) • 4+ years of copywriting experience • 2+ years Communication Development • 4+ years Business Process Documentation • 2+ years Team Leadership in a Professional Setting
