Description
• Advocate and drive awareness for Descope services in the developer community by providing technical guidance and assistance • Guide customers and prospects in deploying and implementing Descope into their applications • Own the implementation process for customers or prospects (POCs) of Descope into their code and assist with planning and design • Design and develop training sessions and events for developers, including virtual events, hackathons, and conferences • Integrate Descope authentication into open-source systems and contribute to relevant projects • Manage developer communications channels and ensure responsiveness to feedback • Work with product management and marketing teams to launch new services and enhancements effectively through the developer community
Requirements
• Extraordinary interpersonal skills and effective communication • Ability to tailor communication for different audiences • 3+ years of customer support experience, working with both enterprises and startups • Ability to manage implementation programs at project and technical levels • 3+ years of experience in Developer Relations or similar roles • Knowledge of authentication and authorization domains • Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, Golang, and Python • Demonstrated writing and verbal communication skills
