Description
• Lead end-to-end hardware validation and manufacturing engineering • Evaluate mechanical and electrical designs for functionality • Develop equipment, tooling, and fixtures for manufacturing, testing, and installation • Assess supplier readiness and optimize manufacturing processes • Oversee teams, manage budgets, and train engineers
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field • 12 years of experience in hardware manufacturing engineering • 5 years of experience managing/leading teams • Proficiency in applying DFMEA and PFMEA • Experience in creating AutoCAD layouts and technical specifications • Willingness to travel up to 20% in the US, Taiwan, and Mexico
Benefits
• Competitive salary range: $253,864 - $255,983 • Standard work week: 40 hours • Work hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
