• Hands-on Systems Architect for robotic vision systems • Work with cross functional teams to implement systems • Define major system and software interfaces, requirements and acceptance criteria • Evaluate new technologies and recommend tools/components to improve solutions • Significant experience with developing, debugging and improving production systems • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• MS or PhD in engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. • 7+ years designing production grade vision/perception systems. • Proven ability to define system and s/w interfaces for scale and robustness. • Extensive experience using RGBD cameras for robotic systems. • Experience optimizing CPU/GPU compute, data flow and latency for high camera count systems with overlapping FOV. • Experience working with ML and CV teams as downstream consumers. • Knowledge of multi-camera calibration techniques. • Knowledge of Linux, real-time operating systems, and resource optimization. • Competency with software development tools(build & CI tools, compilers, debuggers, profilers). • Strong oral and written communication skills.
