Description
• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from inception to resolution • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents • Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trial
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Admission to the California State Bar • 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
