Description

• Assist in coordinating production efforts across various channels, including digital and social media. • Support day-to-day workflows, tasks, calendars, and materials for marketing initiatives. • Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including content creation for social media. • Participate in organizing and preparing for media events and productions. • Learn and assist with the coordination of third-party vendors and community partnership engagement. • Build and maintain spreadsheets. • Organize production materials. • Collaborate with the marketing team on supporting social media campaigns and content creation across brands. • Assist with strategizing additional social media, PR, and marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a related degree program. • Basic understanding of marketing principles and a keen interest in digital media. • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn project management tools. • Creative thinker with an eagerness to learn and contribute to team efforts. • Ability to balance priorities and thrive in a collaborative environment.
