Description
Critical interface between USA users and R&D team, ensuring integration of customer's unmet needs into product vision and strategy. • Identify and prioritize unmet customer needs related to RAS through research and feedback collection. • Monitor state-of-the-art in laparoscopic and robotic surgery, identify emerging technologies. • Collaborate with field and training teams. • Conduct literature and field research based on needs. • Ensure vision adoption across R&D, Marketing & Training. • Work with R&D and customers to develop & test prototypes. • Design & run validation and usability studies in collaboration with teams. • Maintain documentation on product management and usability.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in medical device development with scientific, clinical or engineering roles. • Background in Medtech environment, laparoscopy and/or robotic is a plus. • Fluent in English. Other European languages a plus.
