• DLH delivers improved health and national security readiness solutions for federal programs through science research and development, systems engineering and integration, and digital transformation. • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Subcontract Administrator to join our dynamic procurement team. • Your expertise will ensure that all subcontractor relationships are maintained with the highest level of professionalism and compliance, supporting the success of our projects and the growth of our organization. • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors to ensure a stable supply chain and reliable partnerships. • Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements and mitigate risks. • In support of proposal and contract execution efforts, prepare and issue requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotes (RFQs), to potential subcontractors. • Evaluate subcontractor proposals, and quotations to ensure they meet project requirements and are cost-effective. • Draft, review, and edit subcontract agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. • Coordinate with project management and contracts team to align subcontractor selection with project timelines and budgets. • Conduct subcontractor pre-qualification assessments and performance evaluations to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations. • Collaborate with program, contracts, and project controls departments to ensure subcontracts are executed within the framework of regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Law, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of 4 years' experience in subcontract administration, procurement, or contract management • Proficiency in FAR/DFARs • Experience negotiating terms and conditions of subcontracts • Strong understanding of the procurement process and supplier management • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with ERP systems, such as Business Central, JAMIS Prime, etc. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Experience working in an approved Purchasing System environment desired.
