• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality Single-Family Residential (SFR) real estate investors for Backflip's investment financing products • Introduce investors to Backflip's mobile app and community, fostering long-term relationships • Drive new user acquisition through online outreach, events, and referrals • Qualify and convert high quality loan applicants into borrowers; build the relationship and nurture them into repeat borrowers • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including in-person, phone, email, and text • Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and loan applications in Backflip's CRM (HubSpot) • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas • Represent Backflip at industry events and networking opportunities, mostly locally with travel 1-2x / quarter
• 3+ years of experience in sales, lending, or real estate focused on single-family residential investors • Demonstrated success in building and managing a robust sales pipeline and/or account management or customer success book • Experience representing a company at industry events and conferences • Strong aptitude for utilizing CRM and sales technology tools • Thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to integrity • Passionate about Backflip's mission and eager to contribute to the company's growth and success
