🔄 Hybrid – Bay Area
• Analyze data and take corrective action across media & sales channels where necessary. • Identify opportunities to increase ROAS and conversion rates across media channels (Google Meta, TikTok, and more) through audience optimization and creative testing. • Collaborate to improve full funnel reporting and attribution. • Monitor consumer and competitive landscape for new trends and propose new paid media investment ideas to fuel our growth. • Use customer insights and customer empathy to solve top customer pain points and communicate brand strategy and positioning.
• At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce in a DTC environment. • At least 3 years of experience in prominent paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads). • Deep understanding of popular social media/video platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest). • Proven experience taking data-driven approaches to marketing and media buying. • Roll up sleeves attitude with extreme attention to detail and willingness to be hands-on in driving results. • Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
