• Relentlessly hunt down leads within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and fill the top of the funnel • Work with founders to refine the initial Go-To-Market (GTM) motion, hone the ICP, and improve down-funnel conversions • Setup sales infrastructure for data enrichment, outbound automation, inbound data collection, content marketing, and initial SEO • Collaborate with founders and work side-by-side with them • Future role evolution with the chance to choose between selling roles (Lead AE, SDR manager) or demand generation roles (MDR Manager, Growth Marketing Lead, etc.)
• Working insanely hard • Experience in lead generation, refining GTM motion, and setting up sales infrastructure • Ability to hunt for leads and interact with potential clients • Strong understanding of CRM, sales productivity, and automation tools • Scappy and able to find fast solutions • High intensity and willingness to work hard • Team player mentality and ability to work as part of a team
