Description
• Prepare global reporting requirements (monthly, quarterly and consolidation), collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion • Research and provide guidance around complex accounting transactions, including but not limited to: revenue recognition, collaborations, fixed assets, impairment, debt and equity financing, stock compensation, intercompany balance reconciliation and business acquisitions • Own revenue recognition and accounts receivable reserve • Oversee accounting and reconciliation activities for debt, lease and equity plan • Establish, maintain and ensure compliance for Company accounting policies • Provide significant support of the annual financial statement audit, including oversight of third-party subject matter experts and work with external audit firm • Oversee GAAP adjustments, monitor GAAP changes and implement best practices • Review commissions calculations and accrual
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Required • CPA required • 2-3 years of experience preferably in the SAAs industry • Experience with global operations • NetSuite experience preferred • Hard-working, meticulous, and able to work independently • Ability to manage tight deadlines • Ability to work well in a team atmosphere • Professional and personable demeanor • Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
