• Design is at the center of DubClub’s Capper and customer experience. • Translate the needs of our users into a world-class product experience. • Work intimately with our customers, founders, and product team. • Set the bar for a world-class user experience through delightful product design, focused on driving superior outcomes for our users while balancing key business objectives. • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance user experiences, initially on web and ultimately on mobile. • Lead the design of features from concept to execution, leaning heavily on qualitative and quantitative user research. Specifically, you will rapidly create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that can be used by our product and engineering teams to quickly turn your ideas into reality. • Work closely with engineering leadership and the CEO to ensure cohesive design solutions are shipped to users on a quick, iterative timeline. • Create and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across our user experience, improves efficiency of product development and future-proofs the product to stay on top of the latest UX/UI paradigms. • Use research and data to drive design decisions and validate concepts by directly engaging with our users.
• Proven track record in product design and user experience research (UER) within a high-growth tech (consumer saas/internet/mobile) environment. • Deep understanding of user experience principles and design best practices. • Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for simple, innovative design solutions. • Proficient in Figma. • Demonstrated expertise through a diverse portfolio of web and mobile design work. • Experience working directly with engineering in producing deliverables that are used to turn your concepts into real features in the hands of users.
