Description
• Provide planning and design support for surface water, groundwater, and water treatment systems • Support technical assistance program for underrepresented communities, tribes, and small farms
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline • 5 plus years engineering experience in planning and design of groundwater extraction and water treatment related projects • Professional Civil and/or Mechanical Engineer licensed in the State of California • Experience with solar power system design is desirable especially related to groundwater wells and pumps • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office (Word and Excel) • Experience with design software including AutoCAD is desirable • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have active personal automobile liability insurance
