• Mentor and train a team of Account Executives on all phases of the sales cycle, from prospecting through close • Hire and grow the team to keep pace with company growth objectives • Prepare sales forecasts, sales budgets, commission plans, and quotas for the sales team • Conduct 1-1 coaching with account executives to increase their effectiveness and enable them to exceed expectations • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and advocates • Work closely with other leaders in sales, marketing, product, and revenue operations to drive the growth of the business • Monitor and refine processes, metrics, and tools to increase the effectiveness of the sales team • Proactively seek out new information and insights to drive improvement within the team
• 5+ years leading sales teams in companies series B and beyond • Experience as a player/coach leading a sales team that sells into multiple stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to explore complex problems and identify creative solutions • Ability to evaluate and discern trends and develop or shift strategy • Enterprise selling experienced • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger Sale) and when to use them / when not to use them • Passion for the construction industry and the hard-working men and women who build the world we live in
