Description
• Responsible for scaling the Risk Platform and building product innovations for Credit, Fraud, and Risk/Fraud Operations • Constantly engage with community members to understand their needs and resolve product issues • Lead a cross-functional team to develop and scale impactful products • Define OKRs, set stretch goals, and establish metrics to track progress • Identify and prioritize new product opportunities through user research and data analysis • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and results to stakeholders • Collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple functions for product development and compliance
Requirements
• 4+ years of product management experience • Strong analytical skills for data-driven product decisions • Deep user empathy and experience building products based on user needs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in rapid experimentation for learning and iteration • Ability to influence and build alignment across teams • Strong product/design sense • Prior fintech & payments experience • Prior risk experience is a plus
Benefits
• US base salary range of $151,300 - $233,700 + equity + benefits • Hybrid work position in Palo Alto
