Description
• Join the EarnIn Risk team as a Senior Staff Product Manager • Spearhead the expansion of the Risk Platform and innovate products in Credit, Fraud, and Risk/Fraud Operations • Architect product strategy, uncover insights, and drive execution • Define ambitious OKRs and goals for the team • Utilize user research and data analytics for product opportunities • Develop and execute a robust risk management strategy • Drive initiatives for efficiency and risk awareness • Articulate product vision and outcomes to stakeholders
Requirements
• 4+ years of product management experience • Strong analytical skills in leveraging data • Deep empathy for user needs and building resonating products • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable in a culture of rapid experimentation • Ability to foster alignment across teams • Proven ability to propose radical ideas • Previous experience in fintech and payments preferred • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and credit/fraud risk management
Benefits
• $229,500 - $290,700 base salary • Equity and benefits package • Hybrid position in Palo Alto • In-office work 2-3 days a week
