Description
• Provide high-level administrative support to senior Engineering leaders • Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle sensitive information
Requirements
• 4 – 6 years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred • Proven experience as an executive assistant or a similar administrative role • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in standard office software and equipment, including advanced knowledge of office productivity tools • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Ability to work onsite five days per week in Hayward (through approximately Q2’25) and then Millbrae • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
