Description
• Provide legal counsel with specialized legal skills in commercial law and hotel development • Counseling the business by giving proactive, professional, and creative legal support • Advise on legal risks, business strategies, and other business-related issues • Collaborate with various departments including Development/Entitlement, Project Finance, and Construction • Draft and negotiate consultant agreements, purchase agreements, operating agreements, and more
Requirements
• Experience within commercial real estate development (hospitality preferred) • Commercial Loan document review and negotiation • Complicated corporate/LLC operating ALTA survey and acquisition due diligence review • Experience with large loan documents and negotiation • Drafting and negotiating consultant agreements • Purchase agreements and drafting • Operating agreements • Nice to Have: Experience with hotel management agreements, Experience with brand franchise agreements
