• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify target email audience and grow email list • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns • Manage and report on email marketing campaigns • Create email templates, content, and messaging for B2B audiences • Build and maintain email lists, segmenting by industry and buyer journey • Test and optimize email campaigns • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing with broader strategies
• 3+ years of experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in software industry • Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot • Proven experience using SalesLoft or Outreach for email outreach • Strong analytical skills and experience with email campaign reporting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for B2B audiences • Self-starter with high level of initiative • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
