Description
• Build out data insights and infrastructure across the organization • Partner with executives and department stakeholders to provide crucial data insights • Manage data pipeline roadmap and connections to external data platforms • Perform ad-hoc analysis and predict business trends • Collect and synthesize data from various systems to provide valuable insights • Create, maintain, and monitor critical business health metrics • Partner with department heads to build out dashboards and reporting • Investigate and navigate through data complexity to identify insights • Proactively provide recommendations from a reporting and dashboard perspective
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, sales analytics, or equivalent role • Strong SQL skills • Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, Segment, Looker • Familiarity with Salesforce data structure • Collaborative and team-oriented • Experience with Python is a plus
