Description
• Empower ML developers to get started on Encord with access to tools and resources • Advocating for Encord within developer communities, fostering relationships with developers, and promoting the adoption of best practices • Leading research and content development on the latest updates and trends in AI/ML including foundational model releases • Creating engaging technical content, and organizing hands-on webinars to assist developers in developing performant models • Showcasing best practices in data curation, data labeling, label validation, and model evaluation • Leading the Encord community and responsibility for the structure of and engagement within the community • Working closely with internal teams to gather feedback and insights from the developers, contributing to the enhancement of Encord’s products and services
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field • Previous experience working as a Machine Learning or Computer Vision Engineer or building machine learning models • Self-starter who wants to forge your own career path • Confident in being the engineering face of a rapidly growing business • Desire to grow your own personal brand within AI/ML communities
