Description
• Own marketing technology stack and maintain existing systems • Own operational strategy for lead/account scoring, attribution, tracking, and reporting • Establish and maintain scalable processes for campaign and lead management • Create and maintain demand gen and ABX reports and dashboards • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations • Evaluate new technologies to improve marketing team performance • Establish documentation, templates, and training for marketing team members
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in B2B marketing (minimum 3 years in marketing ops), within the SaaS industry. • Advanced proficiency with Marketo and Marketo Measure; Marketo Certification preferred • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce • Familiarity with various tools and systems related to marketing operations • Data-driven with strong quantitative and analytical skills • Experience working with vendors and contractors • Strong track record of developing and maintaining cross-functional relationships
