Description
• Product designers at Envoy lead the creation of new products and the entire user experience of Envoy’s products. • In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, elegant, and impactful experiences that enhance how employees interact with their workspaces. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science to translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful design solutions.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS B2B product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in UX/UI design, particularly in complex, data-driven environments. • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions that solve complex user-problems and enhance user engagement. • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Strong understanding of front-end development principles. • Ability to tackle complex design challenges and distill them into simple, intuitive user experiences. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. • Experience with design systems and a strong understanding of UX/UI best practices. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders. • Experience working in an agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • A passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs that drive business impact. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
