• A Product Manager at Envoy is charged with influencing, inspiring, and leading teams to build products and features customers use and love while contributing positively to Envoy's business • Drive the growth of our self-service business and revolutionize the way our customers interact with and derive value from our products • Champion a culture of experimentation, enabling rapid learning and iteration across the organization • Gather and analyze customer feedback and collaborate with other product squads to develop product roadmaps that will drive growth
• 5+ years in a Product Growth role with direct experience in scaling B2B SaaS • Proven track record of driving significant growth in a SaaS environment, particularly with freemium models • Proven track record of building and optimizing product-led growth and product-led sales flywheels • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude • Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals and consistently drive meaningful impact to key business & product metrics. You can turn ambiguous problems and big ideas into a roadmap of features, experiments, and research with minimal guidance • Deeply understand how your products operate and impact key business metrics such as ACV, LTV, User Retention, Revenue Retention, Self-Serve New & Upgrade ARR, Activation, Engagement, Signups, etc. • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization techniques • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels • Passionate about user experience and customer-centric product development • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects • Excellent written & verbal communication, organization, problem-solving, process-building and decision-making • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action
