As part of the Quality Assurance & Compliance team, the Director of Contract Administration & Legal Analysis will oversee the contract administration division, responsible for contract and grant review, analysis, development, execution, tracking, and maintenance. The Director ensures that contract terms are consistent with PATH’s contracting strategy and are negotiated within legal and financial guidelines established by PATH and its government entities. Utilizing legal expertise, the Director will identify, track, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues regarding PATH contracts from awarding and partnering entities and negotiate on behalf of PATH. Position Responsibilities include: • Establish long-term contractual goals, strategies, policies, and plans. Develop concrete compliance-driven, forward-thinking contracts, grants, and procurement arrangements, systems, processes, and outcomes. • Provide strategic support to lead the Contracts Administration Division. Design, develop, and support the implementation, and monitoring of the contracts
