Description
• Oversee Benefits Administration system and ensure system accuracy • Work with providers to ensure accurate EDI feeds • Manage Benefits team and assist in resolving complex issues • Complete monthly audits and reconciliations • Provide recommendations for policies and procedures • Collaborate with LOA team on benefits premium collection • Perform quarterly FSA audits • Review 403b enrollments and resolve issues
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years focused in Benefits • Have employment eligibility verification • Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training • Tuberculosis Test • Background Screening • Drug Test • Reliable transportation • A valid driver’s license • Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles
