• Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests • Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Tell them about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money and operate more efficiently. In other words, educate them on how EquipmentShare solves their problems! • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100 percent satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare. Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business. • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications. • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience. • On site job walks to help ensure we provide our customers with the best solution for their needs. • Network with internal departments to ensure we are utilizing all of the tools available to promote a positive customer experience.
• At least 2 years of experience within commercial sales of either Power Generation, HVAC, Compressed Air, and/or Pumps • Ability to sell complex products and solutions • Communicates effectively and professionally • Ability to understand market conditions and negotiate price with customers • Familiarity with the phases of various commercial construction projects • Familiarity with industrial settings and various processes supported by rental Power, Generators, Compressed Air, HVAC, and/or Pumps • High level of product knowledge pertaining to rental Power, Compressed Air, HVAC, and Pumps. • Excellent communication skills and an attention to detail • Strong computer skills
