Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive TV acquisition strategies that align with Ethos Life’s business goals and brand positioning. • Manage the end-to-end TV media buying process, including planning, negotiation, execution, and optimization of TV campaigns across various networks and formats. • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize TV campaigns for maximum ROI, balancing brand-building initiatives with direct response objectives. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns across channels. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership. • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in TV advertising, ensuring Ethos Life remains at the forefront of innovation in television marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in TV media buying, with a strong focus on acquisition marketing. • Proven track record of managing successful TV campaigns with both brand-building and direct response objectives. • Experience in a direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment, preferably within FinTech or financial services. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
