Description
• Produce and deliver high quality content that aligns with marketing strategies • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate content ideas • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met • Transform content into a strategic asset that resonates with sales, product development, and customer service • Analyze web traffic metrics and content performance to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions • Share content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presence • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in with content creation, within the B2B SaaS space preferred (experience working in legal technology is a bonus) • Demonstrated experience in content creation from ideation to execution and optimization • A deep passion for writing with a keen attention to detail • Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics • Metrics-driven and focused on impression and content engagement data • Expertise in social media platforms • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication or other relevant field
